Lipton (3 ingredients) Onion Roasted Potatoes recipe is stupid easy and insanely delicious!

This post is all about how to make simple 3-ingredient Roasted Potatoes.
I recently saw this recipe on Melissa Gorga’s (Real Housewives of New Jersey) TikTok, and it looked insanely delicious and stupidly simple. These 3-ingredient roasted potatoes are an original recipe that you can find on the back of a Lipton onion soup mix box.
Once I saw Missy G’s video, I had to replicate this potato side, which did not disappoint! These are perfectly paired with steak and red wine, but the pairings are endless with this traditional-style dish.
The soup mix seasons these potatoes wonderfully, and the olive oil adds rich flavor. Whether you’re a Rhonj fan or not, you should know they love entertaining company with great food and wine, so I just had to try this stupid, easy (delicious) recipe, and it was so worth it.
