How To Make 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

You'll Need 4 Ingredients:

- 1 cup of Peanut Butter - 1 cup sugar - 1 Egg - 1 tsp Vanilla

Equipment Needed:

Measuring Cups and SpoonsMixing BowlStand Mixer or Hand MixerBaking SheetParchment PaperCookie Scoop (OPTIONAL but helpful). – Cooling Rack

Step 1:

Add the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. The batter will be crumbly.

Step 2:

Take about 1.5 tbsps of cookie dough and form it into a 1-inch ball by rolling with your hands.

Step 3:

With the tines of a fork, slightly flatten each cookie ball, making a criss-cross pattern.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Allow the tender cookies to cool on the hot baking sheet before transferring them to a cookie rack.

Sprinkle coarse seal salt on each warm peanut butter cookie. OPTIONAL.
