- 1 cup of Peanut Butter - 1 cup sugar - 1 Egg - 1 tsp Vanilla
– Measuring Cups and Spoons – Mixing Bowl – Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer – Baking Sheet – Parchment Paper – Cookie Scoop (OPTIONAL but helpful). – Cooling Rack
Add the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. The batter will be crumbly.
Take about 1.5 tbsps of cookie dough and form it into a 1-inch ball by rolling with your hands.
With the tines of a fork, slightly flatten each cookie ball, making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Allow the tender cookies to cool on the hot baking sheet before transferring them to a cookie rack.
Sprinkle coarse seal salt on each warm peanut butter cookie. OPTIONAL.
