1 Box of Spice Cake Mix 1 Can of Pure Pumpkin
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. Fill each one 3/4 full with the pumpkin batter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
– Cream Cheese, 8-ounces – Powdered Sugar, 1 cup.
1. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together. 2. Fill each liner 1/2 way with pumpkin batter. Next, add one tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture to the middle. 3. Add another dab of pumpkin batter to cover the cream cheese.
