-Dill Pickle Chips - 8 ounces of your favorite shredded cheese.
Pat the pickles dry with paper towels and line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
Cover the bottom of the pan evenly with 4 ounces of shredded cheese.
Add approximately 16 pickle chips on top of the cheese. Make sure they are spread evenly.
Top the pickles evenly with another 4 ounces of shredded cheese. Sprinkle the OPTIONAL crushed red pepper flakes and/or Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of the cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned. Let it set in the pan for 5-10 minutes before cutting the cheese snack into cracker shapes.
