- 2 pounds strawberries - 1 cup powdered sugar - 8 ounces cream cheese - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - graham cracker crumbs
Wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove the stems and cut each one in half, lengthwise.
Add the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar to a bowl and mix with a hand or stand mixer until the filling is smooth and creamy.
Add the cream cheese filling to a frosting piping bag or Ziploc bag. If using a Ziploc bag, cut off a small corner to release the frosting. You can also use a spoon.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of filling to each cut strawberry. The amount will depend on the size of each strawberry.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs onto each filled strawberry generously.
