-Pizza Dough -Yellow Onion -Fig Jam -Goat Cheese -Balsamic Glaze -Sage Leaves (optional)
I used Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough and laid it on a pizza pan with holes. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees F before adding toppings.
Slice a whole yellow onion and caramelize the onions. See recipe details.
After baking the dough for 7 to 10 minutes, spread 1/2 of the jar of fig marmalade on the pizza. Evenly distribute the caramelized onions on top. Finally break the goat cheese into pieces and add evenly to the pizza.
Put the pizza back in the oven to bake for another 7 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
When the pizza looks golden brown remove it from the oven and crack sea salt on top. Sprinkle the crispy sage leaves all over (optional). Lastly, drizzle the pizza with creamy balsamic glaze.
