Easy Oreo Brownie Cookies!

Ingredients Needed:

– Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix – Flour – 2 Eggs – Vegetable Oil – Oreos – Chocolate Chips

Step 1:

Add the brownie mix and flour to a bowl and mix. Next, add the oil and eggs. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Add the chocolate chips and oreo pieces to the batter and mix.

Step 2:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a spoonful (two tablespoons) of Oreo brownie mix cookie dough to the sheet. Space each cookie two inches apart.

Step 3:

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees F. Remember, every oven works differently.

Step 4:

While the cookies are still warm, top each one with about two to three Oreo pieces. I added about four extra chocolate chips to the top of each cookie.

Allow the Oreo Brownie Cookies to cool completely.
