Sheet Pan Pancakes From Mix!

Ingredients:

Bisquick, 3.5 Cups – Eggs, 2 – Vanilla, 1 tbsp – Milk, 2 Cups  – Butter, 6 tbsp

Optional Sheet Pan Pancake Toppings:

–Strawberries – Blueberries – Bananas – Chocolate Chips

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat an 18 x 13 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add the Bisquick pancake mix to the same bowl and whisk the ingredients.

Step 3:

Fold and mix in 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

Step 4:

Pour the pancake batter onto the greased baking sheet, spreading the mix evenly with a spatula.

Step 5:

Imagine four squares and add chocolate chips in one square, blueberries in the second, sliced bananas in the third, and sliced strawberries in the fourth square.

Step 6:

Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.

Step 7:

Smear two tablespoons of softened butter evenly over the whole pan of pancakes before cutting into squares and serving. Add syrup and/or whipped cream on top.
