Smoked Queso Dip!

Ingredients: Cheese, chorizo (or ground beef), jalapenos, milk, red onion, and chiles.

Step 1: Cook the meat and dump all of the ingredients into a foil pan.

Step 2: Add the pan to the heated smoker.

Step 3: As the cheeses melt, stir the queso dip every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.

Serve Smoked Queso Dip warm with tortilla chips!
