Best Spicy Feta Dip

Feta Cheese Block, 8 ounces. – One Garlic CloveChili Powder, 1 tsp – Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp – Lemon Juice, 1/2 tbsp – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp – One Green Onion, chopped. – 4-ounce can of Pimento Peppers, OR 2 larger Roasted Red Peppers. – Salt and Black Pepper  – Garnish with red pepper flakes and green onions.

Optional Serving Ingredients:

– Crackers – Bread – Tray Of Vegetables – Pita Chips

Step 1:

Drain the feta cheese block and dry with a paper towel. Crumble the block and add it to the food processor. Add garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped green onion, and peppers to the food processor.

Step 2:

Blend the ingredients until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want the dip creamier, add one to two extra teaspoons of olive oil. Pulse again.

Step 3:

Transfer the cheese dip to a serving bowl. Garnish the top with red pepper flakes and more chopped green onion.

Spicy Feta Dip Tips: Prepare this dip 30 minutes before serving and chill it in the refrigerator. Allowing the spread to marinate will give a more intense flavor.
