Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

You'll Need 5 Ingredients:

– 1 Box Of Strawberry Cake Mix, – Cream Cheese  – Butter, one stick  – 1 Large Egg  – 1 cup of White Chips

Step 1:

Add the room temperature cream cheese and butter to a bowl and mix for approximately one minute or until creamy and smooth.

Step 2:

Next, add one egg to the creamy batter and mix. Add one box of strawberry cake mix to the same bowl and mix.

Step 3:

Add the white OR milk chocolate chips to the bowl and mix. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 1-inch cookie dough balls to the sheet, approximately 1.5 tablespoons. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5:

After baking the cookies, allow them to rest on the sheet for five to 10 minutes.
