Whipped Brie Cheese Appetizer!

- 2 Brie cheese wheels - Olive Oil - Red Pepper Jelly

Step 1:

Remove the rinds from top to bottom and around all edges of both brie cheese wheels.

Step 2:

Cut the circles of cheese into square-like chunks. Add the olive oil. Set aside for about 20 minutes so the cheese comes to room temperature.

Step 3:

Whip the brie for about 10 minutes or until smooth.

Step 4:

Add the whipped brie to a board and top with hot pepper jelly. Serve with crostini or crackers.
