– 1 Box Of Yellow Cake Mix – Vegetable Oil, 1/2 cup – 2 Eggs –Chocolate Chips, 1.5 cups – Chopped nuts (optional), 1 cup
– Mixing Bowl – Measuring Cups and Spoons – Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer – Baking Sheets – Parchment Paper – Cooling Rack
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs to a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Add the chocolate chips and optional chopped nuts to the batter and mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a heaping spoonful of yellow cake mix cookie dough to the sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden brown at 350 degrees F.
Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. It’s essential to let the cookies cool on the rack for 5 to 10 minutes before eating.
