How To Make No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites, Step-By-Step
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread one cup of flour evenly onto the lined baking sheet and bake the flour for five to seven minutes or until the flour reaches 160 degrees F. Microwave Method: Add the flour to a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir, and then repeat. Do this for a total of three minutes (90 seconds).
Add both sugars and the softened butter to a mixing bowl. Cream the sugars and butter for five to seven minutes using a stand or hand mixer. The creamy mixture should look light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract to the creamed batter and mix again.
Next, add the heat-treated flour to the mixture at a low speed. Mix just until the flour is incorporated.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips until they’re combined with the batter.
Place a clean piece of parchment paper onto the baking sheet and begin forming the dough balls. I used a one-tablespoon size measuring spoon for accurate sizing and rolled each cookie dough bite in my hand to form a ball. I got 24 cookie dough bites.
For best results, set the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes so the cookie dough bites firm.
