How To Make Fried Pickle Dip, Step-By-Step
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the Panko breadcrumbs and toast them for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Set aside some of the chopped pickles and toasted Panko breadcrumbs to top the dip.
Grab your favorite serving bowl and add the sour cream, Ranch seasoning, chopped pickles, pickle juice, and toasted Panko breadcrumbs. Stir until combined.
Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. DO NOT top the dip with the rest of the toasted Panko and chopped pickles until you are ready to serve the spread to guests. Lastly, garnish the top with optional fresh dill.
