This Taco Soup recipe is excellent (aka bomb!), and so simple to make.

This post is all about introducing you to the BEST Taco Soup recipe.
I am still amazed every time I make this Taco Soup because it’s so tasty and incredibly easy. It’s bursting with all kinds of flavors, and you can top it with sliced avocados, tortilla chips, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), green onions, and a shredded Mexican cheese blend if you desire.
It’s a perfect midweek dinner when you don’t have much time to cook. I like to serve this soup with my “Bomb-Ass” margarita recipe. And if I do have some extra time, I make my homemade “Let’s Guac About It” guacamole.
Check out the easy recipe steps below! And have fun sharing this taco soup with the people you LOVE.

FAQs
Why is this Bomb and original Taco Soup Recipe So Easy?
This recipe is so easy because once you have all the ingredients, you dump them into one pot, which means less cleanup. The soup can also be served in 20 minutes once it’s had time to simmer.
Can I use taco seasoning for this recipe?
You could, but I would follow the recipe as it’s written because sometimes the taco seasoning has a ton of sodium and less of the good ingredients like cumin and chili powder. Plus, fresh onions and garlic add so much more flavor than powdered seasonings.
