This Healthy Apple Dip recipe tastes superb and is simple! Bonus: you’ll only need three main ingredients and some optional pumpkin pie spice.

This post is all about how to make Healthy Apple Dip.
It’s hard to believe this apple dip has the word “healthy” in its title because it tastes sinfully delicious! The peanut butter and Greek yogurt make it rich and creamy, while the honey and pumpkin pie spice add sweetness.
I mentioned in the title that the pumpkin pie spice could be an optional component, but I honestly wouldn’t skip it! The warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and clover) add so many flavors to this dip.
I served Gala apple slices with this spread, but another tasty option would be Graham crackers, Oreos, or any cookie you prefer. That defeats the “healthy” part of the recipe, but sometimes you need a cookie, and this is the perfect dip to accompany one!

FAQs
When Should I Serve This Spread?
This healthy spread makes for a great snack and would even go wonderfully on a dessert board.
How Should I Store This Snack Dip?
Store this spread in the refrigerator in an airtight container because it contains Greek yogurt, a dairy product. The dip also tastes best when chilled.
Can You Freeze This Spread?
While you could freeze this dip in an airtight container, the consistency will not be the same once defrosted. Therefore, I don’t recommend freezing it.
